Gypsy Wagon Zine

Have you ever heard of a zine? If it helps, it's pronounced "zeen".

For those of you who are not familiar with this term, a zine is an independently published, low budget, grass-roots magazine (for lack of a better term. Hence 'zine').

Zine's are a combination of visual art and written word. As a mixed media artist, this concept is hard to resist!

The Gypsy Wagon zine is a 5" x 7" black and white quarterly publication, with a feminist perspective, focusing on the creative aspects of life, and living more authentically, or as we on board the Gypsy Wagon call it "Liberated Living". Our premiere issue contains: Artist Interview, a featured art project, poetry, visual art pages, various artist contributions, and articles. A free ATC kit is also included with each purchase.

Dear Krystin,

Just received my first Gypsy Wagon Zine and I'm hooked!! I'll be signing up for the full subscription! It's very well written and I felt like you were an old friend, inviting me back home.

Just so you know, Violette was the one who brought you to my attention. I found her blog, and LOVED it, then bought her book, Journal Bliss, and LOVED it. Then I read about how you interviewed her. Next thing I know, I'm hitting the "buy now" button on Gypsy Wagon.

I've never done an ATC before, so yours will be my first! I hope to work on it this weekend. And I'll be happy to send you a photo so you can see the results.

Thanks so much for listening to your inner voice and writing. I'm a writer myself, with the same voices, and blogging is helping me.

Looking forward to the next installment of Gypsy Wagon, and your next blog posting.

Many blessings! Jan Fursdon of Fursdon House
