Artists in our Midst 2006West Side Open StudiosTHE WEST SIDE BURSTS WITH ART AND ARTISTSThree west side neighbourhoods will be bursting with art this spring when the 14th annual Artists in our Midst studio art tour kicks off at the West Point Grey Community Centre on Friday, April 21st. On the following three weekends, over 60 artists ranging from the recreational to the professional will open their studios to the public in the Kitsilano and Dunbar/ Kerrisdale neighbourhoods. Along with the studio tours, neighbourhood merchants will display artists’ work, so the communities will truly be buzzing with colour and art for over a month.This year we are very pleased to welcome a large number of new artists inour ranks.We invite you to partake in a free and stimulating visual feast of sheer pleasure and delight throughout three weekends in April and May.
